Made from a starter I made in September of 2023, these fresh sourdough loafs are made with organic bread or whole wheat flour. The only ingredients are flour (either organic unbleached bread flour or organic unbleached whole wheat flour depending on what you order), water, local honey, and pink Himalayan salt. They come in white or wheat.
Please note there is a 3 boule per person limit. I have found that when I try and scale up to more than 6 boules a day, the quality of my bread suffers slightly, and providing the highest quality product to my customers is always my top priority. If you order more than 3 boules, you will receive them on separate days.
